Information you give us

Our contact and estimate forms collect your name, phone number, optional email address, project type and message. The home quotation calculator also collects your package, property type and carpet area. Vendor enquiries include product or service details; franchise enquiries include a preferred location. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare an initial estimate or assess a partnership opportunity.

Enquiry delivery and storage

Enquiries are sent through Resend to the studio’s email inbox. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the website and messages. We do not store enquiries in a website database. Copies may remain in email systems and provider records. For questions about stored enquiry correspondence or deletion, contact the studio using the details below.

Browser storage and security

Home estimate details are temporarily held in session storage in your browser tab while you use the calculator, and cleared after successful submission. A short-lived confirmation in session storage lets us display your estimate and an optional WhatsApp link on the thank-you page. Cookie preferences are saved locally in your browser until you change or clear them. Our server uses connection addresses and submission timestamps to limit repeated requests; hosting providers may also keep access and error logs.

Closing the enquiry popup keeps it dismissed while you browse, until you reload a page. Successfully submitting an enquiry saves a separate preference in this browser that prevents the popup returning, until browser site data is cleared.

Analytics choices

Google Analytics is disabled until the studio supplies a valid Measurement ID. If enabled, it loads only after you accept optional cookies. It may use cookies to measure page visits, device information, enquiry-button clicks, phone-button clicks and successful enquiries. Form contents, names, phone numbers and email addresses are not sent to analytics. Rejecting optional cookies leaves enquiry forms available. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice.

External services

Instagram embeds, YouTube preview images and Google Maps load automatically as you approach their sections. These services may receive your IP address, browser information and cookies under their own policies. The site uses system fonts without external font downloads. External links to social networks, Google and WhatsApp open those services when you follow them. Sending a copy on WhatsApp is optional and shares the enquiry summary with WhatsApp when you choose that link.
